Kerissa has been a Human Resources Professional for more than 12 years and has been in Learning and Leadership Development for 10 of those years. She lives near Denton, Texas, with her husband, son, and two very busy golden retrievers (Gibbs and Waffles). In her day job as Associate Director of Learning Operations and Experience, she is lucky to lead a team of Learning Operations SMEs who teach her something new every day.
Kerissa graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas Level 2 Coaching Certification program in December 2024 and will finish her Masters of Leadership and Organizational Development in December 2025. In February 2025, she gained her Associate Certified Coach credential through ICF, the gold standard in Executive and Professional Coaching.
Kerissa’s undergraduate degree is in HR Management, and she holds an SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) certification through HRCI.
